  were developed the logolypes, wich are daddicated to mark the production, official forms of producer, advertising information or other producers documents, with the aim of inform cunsumer or other interested perties about the managing system was certificated for compatibility to UNSS ISO 9001:2009

Quality management system certificating logotype 

1 FORM, MEASUREMENTS AND TECHNICAL TERMS 

1.1 Logotype, wich is used for designation of production or documentation of producer is depicted in supplement A. 

According to consumers demands, own needs or language of decoreting consumers tare or label, the producer has the right to use logotype in any of the 3 offered languages: russian, ukrainian or english. 

1.2 The size of the logotype for each of the locations is established by producer, who achieved the rights for it's usage. 

The preciseness and decipherable of the logotype size should be guaranteed. The geneal desing and aesthetics should also be saved. 

The logotype should be monochrome and contrasty on the background. 

The image of the logotype can be created in any technical ways, wich guarantee the preciseness and decipherable of the image during the whole term of durability of the product or term of safekeeping of the document. 

UTILISATION RULES 

2.1 The producer has rights to use the logotype after recieving registered certificate for the quality management system in accordance with the demands of UNSS ISO 9001:2009(ISO 9001:2008) 

2.2 For marking the product the logotype is brought on the fixed part of the product and/or tare, packing, exploitation documents and a bill of lading. The place of marking the production with the logotype, tare, packing and documentation, is determined by producer who recieved rights on it's usage. 

Logotype can not be used for bringing it on the products in the way when it can be seemed as designation of certification accordance of a product or delude consumers. 

2.4 In case if the effect of the certificate on the quality management system is temporary stoped, on this period marking the products with a logotype, tare, packing, bills of lading, advertizing materials etc. is prohibited. 

If the term of certificate of the quality management system is expired or annuled an enterprise looses the rights to use the logotype. 

Usage of the logotype without recieving the rights, or usage of the signs, symbols etc. wich have this logotype is prohibited. 

Logotype of the product certification

According to consumers demands, own needs or design of decoreting consumers tare or label, the producer has the right to use logotype in any of the offered modifications: dark for the main background, light for maim background or colored(including tinctures of grey) 

1.2 The size of the logotype for each of the locations is established by producer, who achieved the rights for it's usage. 

The preciseness and decipherable of the logotype size should be guaranteed. The geneal desing and aesthetics should also be saved. 

The logotype should be monochrome and contrasty on the background. 

The image of the logotype can be created in any technical ways, wich guarantee the preciseness and decipherable of the image during the whole term of durability of the product or term of safekeeping of the document.

If marking the production itself with a logotype is impossible, it is brought on the consumers packing in wich this product is sold, exploitation documents and a bill of lading

(international standart ISO 9001:2008) in certificating body CB"UkrBUDSERT" LLC "Rakurs LTD" according to established rules, or the product is certificated by certificating body "UkrBUDSERT" LLC "RAKURS LTD" according to the established order. 

If marking the production itself with a logotype is impossible, it is brought on the consumers packing in wich this product is sold. 

Certification body leave the rights to assume measures(such as, corrective actions, annuling the certificate, publishing the violations and other actions according to the legislation in power) in case of revelation of the breach of this norm by the perty of enterprise.
