装船前的符合性认证（PVOC）
从2010年6月9日起，出口至乌干达的货物，必须进行装船前的符合性检验（PVOC/COC），且持有乌干达国家标准局（UNBS）出具的装船前的符合性证书。
该计划的主要目标是提高产品的安全性和质量，以及缓解通关手续，促进公平竞争和打击假冒伪劣商品。
目的
保护消费者和环境
确保产品的符合性
通过出具相应的符合性证书（PVOC/COC），在乌干达海关加速清关
肯尼亚流程
1.提供本次出货产品的发票箱单，检测报告等资料
2.提交申请，审核通过，安排验货(监装）
3.验货（监装）合格后 机构会出草稿
4.草稿确认，出正本

From June 9th,2010, the pre-export Verification of Conformity (PVOC) program set by Uagnda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) requires that goods imported into Uganda shall be accompanied by a PVOC certificate.
Programme Objectives:
Consumer and environment Protection
Conformity assurance
Faster goods release at Kenyan Customs office with the appropriate Certificate of Conformity (COC)
Uganda process
1.Provide packing list,invoice,test report.
2.We check document and arrange inspection goods.
3.After inspection we will send draft for you confirm.
4.Confirm draft,then we send original certificate to you.

Toys, Electrical and electronic, Vehicle parts and tyres, Chemical products, Mechanical material and gas appliances, Textile, Leather, Plastic and rubber, Furniture, Paper and stationery, Protective, Refer to the list of products for detail.
