加拿大玩具法规更新

2016年11月25日加拿大发布SOR/2016-302修订玩具法规(SOR/2011-17)。此次修订主要更新部分内容，更改管理细则，但未对制造商责任进行重大变更。
November 20, 2016 Canada issued SOR / 2016-302 Amendments to Toys Regulation (SOR / 2011-17). The revision mainly updates some of the contents, changes the management rules, but does not make significant changes to the manufacturer's responsibility.
修订内容包括： The amendments include:
· 增加“良好的科学实践”和“经验数据”。上述新增定义列于计划2和计划3中。
· Increase "good scientific practice" and "empirical data". The above new definitions are listed in Plan 2 and Program 3.
· 第7章“细小零件”变更部分内容。相关要求保持不变。
· Chapter 7 "Small Parts" change part of the content. Relevant requirements remain unchanged.
· 第26章和第27章内容简化、表述更为清晰。删除邻苯二甲酸酯法规(SOR/2016-188)；但邻苯二甲酸酯法规对玩具仍有约束力。删除食品级塑料要求。
Chapter 26 and Chapter 27 are simpler and clearer. Remove phthalate regulations (SOR / 2016-188); but phthalate regulations are still binding on toys. Remove food grade plastic requirements.
· 彻底删除第43章和计划9中玩具电池要求。删除玩具电池相关电池结构的要求。
· Remove the battery requirements in Chapter 43 and Plan 9 completely. Remove the battery-related battery structure requirements.
· 对计划2和计划3中关于产品毒性的内容进行了修订。
• Revised the contents of the product toxicity in Program 2 and Program 3.
